Step 1

Generating a SafeView is a straightforward process. Simply copy the URL of your video from YouTube or Vimeo.

Step 2

There are two ways you can create a SafeView.

A.

Proceed to your SafeShare dashboard and select "Add SafeView'' to paste the link in the search bar on the right.

B.

On the SafeShare homepage in the top banner, paste your YouTube or Vimeo URL in the search bar and hit enter.

Step 3

Next, you can personalize the video's details by adjusting the title and description, or by clipping the video to highlight the specific section you need. Additionally, you have the option to add it to a playlist if desired. Finally, complete the process by clicking the check mark in the bottom right corner to save your changes.

Sometimes the links do not load for me. Why is that?

If this is always the case, there is a big chance that you are using an incompatible browser. SafeShare is compatible with most modern browsers. Try with another browser or upgrade to the latest version of your current browser. How to share SafeViews

In this article, we will explore the various methods available for sharing a SafeView after its creation. You'll find multiple options outlined below, providing you with a comprehensive guide to effectively share your SafeView.

URL Sharing

After creating your SafeView, you can generate a shortened URL for easy sharing. Just click the ‘Share’ icon, as shown in the image below, and select ‘Shorten URL’. You can then paste this link anywhere, including Google Classroom. You can also follow the same steps to create shortened URLs for your playlists.

QR Code Sharing: You can create a QR code for any of your videos, including playlists. Simply select the ‘Share’ icon on your SafeView video or chosen playlist. In the pop-up box, you will find a QR code that you can enlarge. Save the QR code image and upload it wherever you need. Refer to the images below for a visual guide. [Please note it is not recommended to generate a QR code from an external website as the SafeViews will not work. We recommend to follow the method outlined above]

Members: Members possess all the privileges of a Premium Account, offering comprehensive access to premium features.
Managers: In addition to Member privileges, Managers gain the ability to add/remove members, change the "Seated Status" of members, and send password-reset emails.
Admins: Admins have the highest level of control, encompassing all Manager privileges. They can further increase/decrease seats, add/remove Managers, and perform ownership transfers through Admin Switch.

How can I delete my account?

We are sad to see you go, but if you really want to delete you account just follow these simple steps.

Log into your account.
Once in your account, click on Settings in the left menu.
You will be taken to the settings page with all your information. In the bottom right you can see a button that says "Delete Account", click on it and then accept the confirmation prompt.

||| Please note that all your contacts and SafeViews will be deleted and cannot be recovered!
